Mansfield Building Society probate limit
Mansfield Building Society releases up to £20,000 in the person’s name alone without probate. Above that, it asks for a grant of probate (or letters of administration).
“If the account balances are below £20,000 and you are not applying for Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration, you can claim the balances by using our internal small claims form.”
